We concluded a deal with an American customer

On November 27, 2021, we concluded a deal with an American customer. The customer finally concluded three 40HQ containers under our continuous follow-up and patient service.

We came into contact with this customer in July 2021 and checked the relevant data, because the customer's customs data is very good. After collecting the customer's data, we followed up in a planned and orderly manner, sending a development letter to introduce ourselves and our company's electronic sample book first, but we haven't received a reply in the past month, so we wrote a second email, Soon we received a reply from the customer and the customer showed great interest in our products.

Soon, the customer selected the style of interest, and we made a quotation. In the middle, we confirmed it for about 4-5 times, and then we opened the sea for proofing. The customer was relatively satisfied with the first sample, but some small details need to be improved. The customer also put forward a request to make a vent hole in the middle of the PP diaphragm, but this vent hole needs a mold. After communicating with the customer, the customer was unwilling to pay the mold fee (nearly 4000 yuan). The customer firmly told us, He chose us because we have CE and ISO verification and are about to do BSCI factory inspection. Let us believe that he will place an order and return our mold fee in the order.

After communicating and discussing with the boss, the boss also has great concerns, but it seems that the customer is a large company and will not cheat us. The boss decided that we should pay the mold fee first and give the samples to the customer first. So we sent the second sample. The customer was very satisfied after receiving it. After nearly a month of communication, the customer finally placed an order and returned our mold fee as promised. Finally, there were three orders of 40HQ containers . We was very lucky and grateful for the customer's trust.
